Founded in 2004 by Peter Schreiner and Dr. Marion Becker-Richter in Essen, easy Sports Software is a family-owned company committed to supporting coaches in their daily work since its inception.
The idea behind our first program, easy Sports Graphics, was simple: Instead of drawing complex game scenarios, drills, and training processes by hand, coaches could use illustrated figures to develop and present their ideas more effectively, ensuring players and colleagues understood them more quickly.
From the very beginning, our goal was to make our programs a helpful tool for coaches, not a burden. This means intuitive use, quick implementation, and delivering results that truly advance teams.
The First Success
easy Sports Graphics quickly became the leading graphics program in football, used by many amateur and professional clubs. Renowned publishing houses such as Philipka and Meyer & Meyer, as well as organizations like the DFB and the Spanish Football Federation, started incorporating the graphics into their publications. Various universities, including the German Sport University Cologne, also adopted it.
Motivated by this success, the development of the easy Sports Organizer began, enabling coaches to easily manage and describe the drills created with easy Sports Graphics to design complete training sessions.
In 2005, this form of digital training planning was entirely new. As with easy Sports Graphics, it became evident that our programs offered valuable support to coaches, helping them organize their training better and eliminate the need for manual paperwork.
Additionally, digital drill collections were introduced in collaboration with the Institute for Youth Football, focusing on various training priorities. This allowed users to import numerous exercises created by experienced coaches with a single click and integrate them into their training plans.
After the successful launch of easy Sports Graphics and the easy Sports Organizer, the concept was extended to easy Animation in 2008. This animation program enabled users to visually depict tactical formations, game moves, and drill sequences, simplifying even complex situations for better understanding. easy Animation also quickly became a bestseller.
All three programs are continually improved and updated by our family-run team, based on our ideas and the feedback we constantly receive from our users.
