You can not give back:
- installed software
- unlocked software (including unlocked eVideos and eBooks).
Warranty
The producers` warranty and aggegate liability and that of their suppliers under or in connection with this agreement shall be limited to the amount paid for the books, DVDs, software, if any. We do our very best to avoid mistakes in our products. If there are any problems that the producers know about they deliver an update as soon as possible(software) and/or replace damaged goods.
Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws in force in Germany, excluding the UN-rights. This agreement will also not be governed by the conflict of law rules of any jurisdiction or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. Place of jurisdiction: Essen, Germany
