Return Policy

You are no longer bound as a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB to your order if you withdraw within a period of 2 weeks after receipt of the goods. Just writ an e-mail to support@ifj96.de.

Withdrawal of immediate Downloads:

Pursuant to § 312d Abs.4 No.1 BGB we can guarantee only a limited right of withdrawal for Downloads.

Excluded from the exchange are:

Goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable due to their condition for a return,

• audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you,
• installed software,
• activated software (including free switched online-DVDs, multimedia books, eVideos and eBooks).
